Maybe not the correct wording. They seem very popular on tour and it seems people are always chasing them.

Tiga used one?

Tiga uses one?this was my first thought.

Luckily no one tries to copy Sergio. He uses 100 gram whiteboards in x flex or something like that.

Tiger no longer uses them but he did which in turn made them popular.

Tiga uses one?

Don't think he has for quite some time now. Before his 2014 back injury he was using the original whiteboard 103X

I'm not going to say that there the best but they are a good shaft, I have a few that rotate in driver, 3wood and a hybrid also a BB but the di is very smooth but a little too high launching.

I have used a DI-6x and DI-7x. I found the 7 played much stiffer and launched lower than the 6. I really like the 6 with my 913D2 7.5*.

Tiger moved back to the WB73x - he mentioned he had his swing speed back. He has been switching between BB93 and BB103 to try and keep it off other fairways.

BB is probably a better shaft imo. BB has worked for me better in the 913D2 head (which is cracked) than the 913D3 head I'm currently using. I find the DI works better in the D3 and maybe longer than the much more accurate D2/BB combo.

Yeah I prefer the bb in the SLDR but on still days I take out the di, I like the feel of the di better

I've been vastly more consistent with the DI 7s than I have been with any other shaft. Pretty much why I got it.

One day I will find a 50g version of the DI or BB and spend my hard earned, but they seem to be like hens teeth in Aus.

The BB is just a teeny bit stiffer in the mid and tip. If you need that you will prefer the BB, if not the DI will be the better shaft. Very good shafts.

Spot on. I would love to try the DI in a 8.5* D2.... Have a feeling it would be an absolute weapon.

The AD series are still pretty popular on the PGA tour, and seems to be the dominant Driver shaft on the LGPA tour at the moment.

To add to that it was quite popular on the PGA tour before Tiger was ever sighted with it. Once Tiger put it in the bag tho it's popularity absolutely exploded with the amateur golfer.

Funny thing is GD are known to paint other some of their shafts tour players are using the color of the main line e.g. the DI. I've seen an inside source say Tiger actually played a tour prototype painted as the DI. There's also been numerous solid claims a lot of the DI's on tour are painted BB's. Apparently the Proto had a stiffer tip, maybe it was a BB in its early stages. PM's Fubuki's were various WB's too.
