Nike golf shoe fit vs Nike running shoe

I've never used Nike golf shoes, but know I have to size-up to a 12 in their running shoes. Anyone on here wear both types and can give some insight as to whether they use the same sizing for their golf shoes ?

i have had 2 x pairs of nike golf - both were very narrow - not a fan
but that was years and many models ago
but when you have size 14 clod hoppers most are a little tight for width
