Did you make a shot that took your shaft up a couple of flex points, then let us know.

U must be on good meds, usually my shaft goes down several flexes after my best shot on the weekend's

Chip and run a GW into the hole on 18.

It reminded everyone on the 1st tee, 10th tee and practice green how good I am.

30m putt from the fairway, up a bit of slope and trickled into the hole. All because I had no faith in hitting a wedge.

No meds for me just high on life.
For me it was my approach into the 8th at Bribie. 130 out right side in the trees. Ball on the sandy rough with a decent sized stick lying across the front of it. Trees blocking a high shot and a bunker in front of the green. Punch a 6 iron that held the green and gave me a birdie putt that I lipped out.

Not sure if it was the 50+ft birdie putt I jagged on the 9th in front of half the Pennants team, or the 30ft down hill double breaking putt from the left hand side of 7 on top of the hill that I binned for eagle.

Knock down PW from 80m into hole 2 at West Lakes, stuck it 1.5ft from hole with uphill birdie putt.

5 iron from 142m straight into a howling wind (this would be a soft 7 or hard 8 normally). Got every bit of it and some. Never moved off the line and buried itself in the pitch mark 10 foot away. Rolled the putt in to halve the ($250) jack pot hole with an old fart that's disliked in the club by many that had 2 shots on the hole.

8 iron from 130m into the breeze to 4 feet which never left the flag situated on a slope at the front left of the green.

Did the fact that you were not on the green in reg also remind them of the weaknesses of your game?

I must admit that good shots on 18, when people are watching, are the most pleasing. Just one of the reasons why I was so pleased with my 3 putt wipe on 18 last Wednesday.

I'm assuming we are allowed to post midweek achievements here as well. If so, and digging back through my memory because I had a terrible day, I did hit a great long bunker shot on the 5th, that bounced once and stopped dead on the second bounce 1 foot from the hole. Usually those shots get bladed over the green.

Probably the flush driver and 4 wood into the par 5 15th, about 3m short of the green.

Chipped it to about 4 feet and jibbered the birdie putt but the lead up was decent at least.

16th at Glenmore on Saturday in an Ambrose. Used my tee shot, 145m to the pin, hit a 7iron gun barrell straight one bounce, hit the stick, dropped 4 feet from the hole. Easy birdie.

Had to chip backwards towards the pin for my 2nd shot on a 297m uphill par 4 at Penrith today, best part was I made the putt for bird.

I was going to pretend that I didn't understand, and then ask a potentially embarassing question. But now that midweek exploits have been unfairly excluded, I won't bother.
