Going to Thailand next week. Only one day the following week to play golf. So have booked into Loch Palm anyone played it ? Thoughts tips etc.

Great course, the holes around the lake are interesting, especially if you fade/slice. A few of the holes up the houses not so interesting.

Caddy I had was a star on the greens, and overall, course was in very good nick.

Having said that, my tip is to cancel your booking and go to Red Mountain next door.

Yeah I looked at that. Will go there next time. Not sure my game is ready for Red Mountain.

I wouldn't worry about that, I went there playing off 25, and only lost a handful of balls.

Oh ok I thought it looked like impossible mountain not red mountain.

What sort of $ are you looking at for Red Mountain.
I am there in three weeks time.

Total package including :
Green Fee,caddy fee,caddy tip,golf cart, club hire, round trip transfer.

Loch Palm 7100 THB approx $233 Aus

Red Mountain was about $50 Aus more for same.

The Minister for War booked it for me. Sent an email to the contact us on the website and went from there.

Loch Palm was sensational beautiful course perfect condition. Caddie was brilliant had a great morning.
