Hua Hin or other good courses in Thailand?

I would imagine a few ozgolfers have spent some golfing time in Hua Hin? There are a few courses and all claim to be good. Is there a standout course there? Im reading good reviews of the Bayan course?
Doing the homework for retirement! We dont want to be more than 3hr drive from an international airport in case there is a decent course in Bangers, Krabi or ChagMai worthy of considering not interested in Phucket, Pattaya or other crap places!

There is decent courses everywhere. I know a few people that swear by Hua Hin over the likes of Pattaya so you are probably on the right track.
