They can't lock anything in until next weekend but have made a note in their diary and I'll call back to confirm.

I've said 4 groups with the possibility of 5, so I'll make a decision next Saturday based on how many confirmed starters we have.

And first group will be at 11am.

I'm going to investigate some sort of small perpetual trophy or plaque that we can present to make this an annual event. Figured that we can name it in honour of it being the ANZAC long weekend.

Plus we'll have a $10 prize fee and have 1st, 2nd and 3rd prizes like we did last year.

Just checked the timesheets now that they're open and I have 4 groups reserved from 11am off the 10th. Dan, Matt and DP, if you want to put your names in the 11:28 slot that would get us a 5th group.

If you're a definite starter can you please ring the pro shop on 4578 1739, tell them you're part of Kristian's booking and give them your name and Golflink number? I'll get them to fill the group spots as people phone in from 11am through to 11:21am, so groupings will depend on when you call them.

Was actually happy with my paltry 30 points, 12/18. Once I played a bit of rust away a few good shots appeared.

Thanks to KJ for organising, and the company (with TS) for the 18 holes. Thanks to others for the banter before, during and after the round.

I found top gear from the outset today, even joking with Matty that my six points after 2 holes matched my front 9 at our Liverpool game. Ended up going out in 21 (with three 1-pointers) and coming home with 22. (The 3 over par would have to be my personal best.)

Cheers and look forward to catching up again at the NSW Champs in June.
