77.3kg this morning. I don't know if keeping under 78kg is realistic, but if I see the scales over 78kg, I will be disappointed.

Mixture Goughy. Think I'm carting on the weekend but walking Thurs/Fri/Mon. Some others might walk every day.

Might be due to dehydration. Hard to believe that I ate less.
