One of my sons just got a new iPad Air as a Xmas bonus from work so selling his old iPad Mini.

16 GB with a cover, WiFi and black. 10 months old and has sat on the kitchen table during that time so little use. It is in excellent condition.

Have they fully learned to write properly by grade five, with pen (not pencil) but have to have that sort of tech. I kind of get it by high school, but can't see why that sort of thing should be required in any primary school! I'd be buggered if I'd let my kids take their ipods to school, let alone have to take in an ipod each day! I've seen (and remember) how boys treat their school bags....

My daughter was in prep at 2 different schools last year (private and public) and they both had iPads in class, not one for each kid thou.

Yeah, I know lots of schools etc have them now, but to require young kids to have them is different.
