I got sick of putting up with 5 channels filled with stupid, brainless, idiotic garbage.

So I had Austar installed.

Now I've got 45 channels of stupid, brainless, idiotic garbage.

What's good ( apart from the golf and footy ) on Austar these days?

I stopped watching it when I had to start paying for it ( cant figure that out)
but I always liked Tv1, and the documentaries, great stuff and good to get the kids into it instead of the idiot channels.

Mike I have Foxtel here in NSW but I think most channels on Austar are the same. History Channel is good, if you have the digital service just about all of the documentary channels are great, Discovery Home & Health, Animal Planet, Discovery Science etc. The lifestyle food Channel is good too
