Sudoku...........anyone else hooked?

I have become hooked on playing Sudoku puzzles. Anyone else play?

My wife is a sudoku junkie.

I was into them for a while but I don't get a buzz out of solving them any more.

Caz is into it and all other logic problems - don't think she has worked me out yet as I can be quite illogical :D

I've managed to avoid it so far. I did one and got annoyed at having to make a guess, and not a logical decision.

I see them everywhere though. Also noticed a Sudoku electronic game at the airport the other day.

I think I love Sudoku even more than Crosswords and Scrabble. (But not as much as I love golf.....)

Couldn't work out the little blighters for ages, now seem to have a method that works (up to medium level anyway), whilst not hooked I do find them a great way of tiring myself if I'm having trouble getting to sleep

'method' might have been too formal a word. It's just about the way I look at the puzzle more as a whole than try and solve particular lines, I guess I sort of chase around the puzzle, cross referencing numbers etc. until something makes itself known (I"m sorry if that makes absolutlely no sense, you should catch me on a day I forget my medication :shock: )

My wife is hooked on them, which is good because it gives her an interest in something so I don't have to make conversation with her. It's a win, win situation. :lol:

With my wife's interest in Sudoku & my son's interest in Xbox, all I have to do is find something my 2 year old daughter can get hooked on & I'll be able to shut my whole family out of my life. :roll:
