Goughy - you might know a thing or two about this; I got a decent Titleist golf bag that needs a few touch ups.

- The dividers I have are pretty wrecked, so I want to remove them, strip it back and recover it.

- I want to cover up the spot on the bag where the Pro's name is.

- the main body of the bag (its just a large thin plastic cylinder) has a buckle in it.

Any tips how to repair/touch up the bag?

Don't go near an upholsterer's - they're all hacks

Most of us wouldn't be able to help. The type of machines we use wouldn't be able to get into the positions you need stitched. You might have better luck with a canvas shop - but don't know. Many of them will have machines with larger throats or special single post machines, but these may not even help.

I would think they use some specialised machines for putting the bags together.

I wouldnt have thought any stiching would be involvedm more so a bit of vinyl and glue i suppose, especially on the dividers.

anyway I'll get my missus on it, she is good at rejuvenating old one out stuff (you should have see what I *used* to look like)
