No, far from it. the FT-3 sounded HORRIFY! The Comp sounds more like a Ti driver... its a little muted but you still can hear the "Ting" from a Ti face.

i don't care much for sound, and no I haven't tried one.

Happy with the MP-001 for the moment but this would be the next driver I try, as I'm probably getting the Celveland 3-Wood.

aot of top amateurs or trainee pros i know, more than half of the use one of these though.

I'm toying with the idea of getting a Laucher 460 (not the comp) just for the heck of it...

I've hit the Comp NCX version - not impressed...but the shaft was the problem...

I think a fren bought the Comp with PL Blue for 170USD (not inc shipping) couple months ago...

Not much activity in Australia for them though.

just double checked - it was 222.50 (not inc shipping) for the PL Blue (near new condition (prob shop model - didn't look like it's been hit)...

don't know how it's going for him tho...

he said it was either the PL Blue or the NV for bout the same dosh...

Picked up an R7 425 the other day and it looked like it was 15* closed! well maybe 3*? It was horrible. I hope they aren't all like that. Looking forward to the 460 TP, though!
Apparently the Cleveland AUS distributor, Phoenix, have very high wholesale prices, so retailers have trouble selling the stuff here. Maybe that's why Clev gear is much bigger in the US.
I'm keen to try the new 460ti Launcher, and I've got one on the way with a Zcom 54 Fuji!!
