Get in touch with AYM. Make sure you play the beach course. They swap availability every day so check when you book.

Lonsdale isn't bad either for a hit. Some really great holes on the back 9.

vice mc, a mate and I had a four day holiday there last year. We played twice at Lonsdale (fun !), both courses at 13th beach and barwon heads - as marto says Lonsdale is fun and I'd play the bech course of the 2 at 13th beach. Barwon heads with no wind wasn't the test I'd hoped it would be - but had some nice holes ... a great area for golf in general !!!

You'll have a hard time getting on Barwon Heads during the Christmas holidays. Members time ....

Our clubs ex-pro is at Lonsdale now. Decent bloke.

I played 36 holes there as a junior the weekend of the 2000 AFL grand final and it blew its absolute tits off with patches of rain. 96-12-84 & 82-12-70. The 3rd (410m par 4 uphill) was into the wind. Monstered driver, 3 wood, 5 iron to come up just short.

Haven't really added anything to the thread here but hey!

Another vote for beach over creek.. In fact I would only play beach if I was you.. Queenscliff is worth a look if you can't get on beach or barwon

Curlewis or Lonsdale are both great value. The front at Curlewis is worth a look for sure.
