Push bike advice - cannondale R800

I have been offered one of these cheap, after my tri bike got stolen from the gym a few weeks ago.

Are they any good? I think it's about 10 years old.

How much and what specs? I ride an old r4000 from 99. Nice frames and nice geometry.

$50 and no idea on specs.

Full aluminum frame, carbon fibre front forks, with tri bar. I imagine it has alloy rims as well. I am not sure of what gears is on it.

My last bike was nearly $2000 and got stolen, so I might get this just to ride around on.

Just went and had a look at it. Frame is too small. Needs a brake cable and a front axle and new pedals.

I would have grabbed it if the frame was a bit bigger.
