Want to bend my 56 to 58 I know this will alter the bounce, but from reading online it says will change the offset, what does this mean?
Also can most pro shops do this?

offset is if the leading edge is behind or in front of the hosel. just google "golf club offset"
i just got my wedges bent and i didn't notice a difference in offset. you shouldn't either considering its only 2 degrees

Can you bend them further than 2 degrees?

i bent my 52 back to 49. pretty sure if you bend them lots thats when you'll notice the offset. someone with more experience in that department will be more precise then i.

Hi mate in my experience, bending it by 2* won't affect the offset much at all, but it will add 2 degrees of bounce. Only proshops with a loft and lie machine can bend it for you. Try Paul Jenner, he is based at Moorebank, which would be straight down the M5.

As others have said 2 degrees will change the offset infinitesimally, however it would be more noticeable when the loft is strengthened rather than weakened. Having said that a bigger variable and probably the biggest hazard is the person performing the adjustment

No problem at all. They bend very easily.

Thanks Virge. Will bending it 2-3 degrees change the bounce much if at all?

It will change the bounce the same amount you change the loft. Less loft will be less bounce or the other way for more loft.
