Interested in the grips if someone else only wants the shafts.

What length are the shafts? Would you be able to measure the 4 iron please.

BITS the 4i played to 38.5" as 'cobra standard'. Will get the wife to measure it later on (I'm at work).

Was hoping for 1" longer than standard, so I think I would need a 38.25" raw length 4 iron.

Pretty certain it won't be that I'm afraid...

I've got no way of pulling them Courty. PM me what you'd pay for the grips and we'll go from there.

Last bump. Happy for a reasonable offer. Otherwise they might just end up as expensive tomato stakes...

I think they look sensational! I remember buying a set with Multi compounds for $360 from Nudgee GC pro.

A couple of questions....

1) would Ferrins 712's be confused with Cobra grips?
2) I've never had any success blowing white outs off, is there a trick to it. If I buy, I'd need to thicken them up.

White outs are relatively easy to blow off, as long as you pay attention to the non cord part, as it is only this part that balloons if you go overboard. I find short bursts at around 35psi, and wrapping my hand around the non cord part works ok.

Also had plenty of success injecting grip fluid in to get them off as well...

But there is no head attached so the air will blow out the other end it won't force the grip off without something block the tip

I usually just tape up the end with packing tape or similar to create a seal. Works fine.

I just get my mate to put his thumb on the end of my shaft or slip a head on with a bit of masking tape.

I normally blow the grips off before I clean the epoxy out of the end of the shaft to create the seal. Otherwise I use a little rubber bung thing that fits, and a bit of tape.

What's pretty much been said Pete. I've never had any success either blowing off any MC grip.
If L has a grip remover tool that'd be the way to go.
Happy to accommodate.
