it's animated and on infinite loop so i'm not sure what's wrong at your end.

try right clicking and downloading the GIF from my site and then open it by itself in a browser. it's working fine in firefox 1.5 and IE, but you could try irfanview (free) or something.

im reducing them down as much as possible but GIF are in and of themselves a fat file ;)

more to come, need time to do though...some are like 45 frames long!

every time i go to make a animated gif i have a hassle with the old 256k colour thing. Gif limit is 256k right? so when i down convert, i lose heaps of quality.

tips please maestro?

forget about users on dialup ;)

i batch convert the jpg and RAW images with irfanview, i can make the quality lower, it's at 85 currently but taking it down on the conversion to 75 will make the gifs manageable methinks.

Mgif animator working ok for you? it's fiddly as shite, i need a newr one where i can open multiple and just move artound etc

Sorted, my firewall was treating it as an AD and blocking the animation.
