My boss and 2ic go away for 10 weeks starting next monday.
Safe to say ill be playing a few mid-week comps coming up!

Not so sure about that mate, I reckon I have lost 10-20% of my distance. The surgeon says my grip strength will increase over the next 12 months, but I am hitting my irons 15-20 metres shorter than before I hurt my hand.

Also, what are the fairways like at fox hills?

Are they well grassed? Kikuyu or couch?

I ask as my wrist is still a bit precious, so if the fairways are hard I will bring my ap2s, not my mbs.

We all have pretty similar scrappy scores......

From memory I had 29 points, and deposited at least 3 Pentas into the hazards of Fox Hills, groove snob had 28 points, and anfield had 26 odd points.
I had never played fox hills, it is a interesting layout!

We had about a 3 club wind to contend with, so considering my 12 month layoff was pretty happy with my score.

yes, so the bloke with only one wrist, who hasnt played golf in like forever, pretty much gave us a spanking at a course we've played at a bit lately in his first time there!!

i put the blame solely on the wind!! ;)

but thanks for asking Bluu, with that as well as yesterdays efforts, theres not alot of good memorys to take with me!! ;)
