Played with GIC, Rodent and Golfwhang today at New Brighton GC and we all had a great time, but I think the course was the winner on the day.

All the pins were tucked or placed ridges and mostly both!! I think GIC and I had 31, Rodent had 30 and Goflwhang enjoyed the walk ;-).

I couldn't get the hang of the greens and I don't think I holed one outside 5 feet and had able 4 x 3 putts.

I made an awesome par on the the 9th, where a little tree trouble left me a around 210m for my 3rd shot into a 340m hole. I took out the xtd 3 wood and knocked it to about 2 feet. The driver finally came around and I bombed one up the 18th which was a massive up hill par 4. It was lasered at 257m and gps'ed at 361m,...definitely my best of the day.

It was good to finally met GIC and Rodent..

Thanks to Guyincognito for organising the game and for good company along with Mr Bluu and Golfwhang. Even saw Titleist at the 18th! In awe of Mr Bluu's drive on 18, I triple bogeyed 18 to choke my way to defeat. Thanks again for the game guys.

Yep, dropped in to see Paul (Jenner) to get a few putters adjusted and have a beer with the guys.
He had 36 and said it played tough, very tough!
Interesting though he gamed the new "Kuchar" putter and had 20 odd putts with it, even thought the greens where very quick.
Said that putter is a game changer......but expensive!!!
