Let's get a list who can is actually driving as I'm thinking we use the Goughy mobile for clubs only as boot space will be a limiting factor for most cars.

I'd obviously prefer not to drive but...

Is Dave driving it?

Not after he has been on the juice all day. I have a mate with his own bus company but obviously need to make sure we have adequate numbers.

Seems Glades and Palm Meadows are likely contenders for bus transfers. If there is anybody else, let me know otherwise I'll put it back to a car pool.

We'll organise a car pool for this, told my mate with the bus not to worry about it as I don't want to stuff him around.

Calling goughy, get the van ready mate.

Hopefully goughy's legs aren't too heavy from a 5k race in the morning.

I won't be loading the gear!

How I can find all the seats, and remember how to put them in!

I'll take 3 each day...might as well make the most use of the hire car.

Free parking under the hotel...

And what about outside? I need 2.4mtr clearance and rarely do undergrounds have that.

goughy
11th November 2013, 06:38 AM
Let's just work it out when we're down there. Clearly there will be enough cars around. But will there be enough people under the limit the next mornings to actually drive them!

My concern based on this Goughy is that we won't.

goughy
11th November 2013, 10:18 AM
Fair enough. What if the worst case is I make a couple of runs. How far is the hotel from where we are playing?

I have a hire car. Unsure of what it is yet, so will be able to take 2 or 3.

AndyP

There will be several people who drink in moderation or don't drink at all. If someone is not one of those people, they should not be volunteering their driving services.

I could take one person, two is doubtful.

So can someone tell me what the heck is going on before I spend a while trying to clean up and put the seats back in my van?

So can someone tell me what the heck is going on before I spend a while trying to clean up and put the seats back in my van? Don't you have to then get it inspected and change the registration details?

goughy
11th November 2013, 12:59 PM
It's registered to carry 12. Seats just bolt in and out. One set I use on and off, but the others have been out since I purchased it.

You only need the telescopic eye now, to complete the Steve Austin makeover.

Get well soon, Ben. (I've got some clubs for QAGA, that Shavey said that he'll pick up for you.)
