I know a fair few of you match up your Driver shaft and your Fairways because they work great (im talking mainly non oem shafts, more aftermarket )
But have any of you experienced the opposite, where you have the same shaft in similar heads and they feel totally crap?
For example i have the Axivcore Tour Green 85s with a TM sleeve and love it in my R9 & R11 Tour Issue 4 wood heads.
So i went out and bought a new Tour Green 65s to put in my R11S driver and just couldnt hit it?
No matter how hard i tried too like it, it was just not for me?
Anyone else had the same experience?

Maybe you need to go X flex like all the other cool kids around here.

Maybe you should put in in your driver not your driiver...

In in or it in ??3

Doesn't matter as long as you finish the 6 pack before you leave the work bench.....

I'd think an 85s and a 65s are significantly different in how they behave??

True, but I think most guys would go heavier in fairways and lighter in driver.
I would have thought being the same shaft and using the correct one in each head would have given me similar characteristics, I was wrong.
Anyway I've ditched the Driver shaft now.....
