broke phone.. need help

I dropped company supplied htc wildfire phone, the phone display still works, but useless with badly cracked screen.

The company gave me another phone, but I need the messages and contacts saved on the damaged phone.

I dont want to spend too much, whats my options??

contacts...do you sync with work email?...if not, it is easy to do

Not necessarily, most have the option to save contacts within the phone memory only if you want. I reckon plenty do that too, rather than back up to the cloud.

Thanks for the tips... 3pp had the best one, but I ended up $89 for new screen.

Advice for anyone, set up the gmail account correctly, and save everything to SIM.
