Hi this is Christine here. Nice to meet you guys on last Saturday and Sunday.

Thanks for the warm welcome Davemason, and thanks for the concern jarro (Andy always mention about you and he say you are such a nice person)

The wound cause by the bird is ok now, but it's the Tetanus injection cause more pain. Up to today its not as bad compare to the second day I had the injection but it still cause a little bit of pain.

Thanks for Dr. Jono had a look for me on Sunday. Geez you have a very smooth hand :D

AndyP I'd like post about myself couple of days ago but the internet was playing up. Are you getting better after the combination of hang-over and flu? Andy said usually you are very friendly and talkative but you look fairly grumpy on the day :)

Originally I am from HK and I just came from Melbourne on March and recently met Andy thru our friends. Was going to back to Melbourne next year but I am here to stay for the obvious reason. (Learning golf :p)

I am going to have a month holiday from this Sunday in HK and Andy said he will get me to somewhere and fit a set of club when I come back. I am not sure what he's talking about. And I just learnt there's a brand name call "TaylorMade" but they don't actually taylor made they club for their customer. They just put couple of screws at the back.

By the way thanks to "Mezza", Reenie, John, Richard, "Damo" and Iain playing with us over the weekend. I learnt a lot from you guys. (i.e. dont' say a word when teeing off :P)

Golf certainly is more interesting then it looks. Especially the very serious face all you guys have being teeing off. I'd like to get into it as well :)

Anyway thanks for the warm welcome. See you guys and gals soon.

Hi this is Christine here. Nice to meet you guys on last Saturday and Sunday....

Hi Christine! :D  welcome aboard this friendly little golf forum.  There's plenty more to chat about here than just golf, so jump on it to any discussions that take your fancy.  My wife, for example, particularly enjoys the human interest stories!

And I just learnt there's a brand name call "TaylorMade" but they don't actually taylor made they club for their customer. They just put couple of screws at the back.

Steer clear of TaylorMade.  They're well known for screwing their customers when they turn their backs.

Welcome Christine. Hope you enjoy your golfing, and I hope that you haven't been pushed into this.

A-Lo must have been expecting some dedicated one-on-one time from me. Very hard to socialise with all of 30+ people and run a golf day at the same time.

Has anyone else experienced Jono smoothness?

Welcome Christine as Bris said we are a friendly bunch but don't look in the equipment thread and ask about the use of tour issue stuff or you see the back side of the forum
Only joking it is all good.

But if Alo starts talking about tour issue gear then close your ears.

So welcome hope to see more of you at our golf days as I'm sure Alo will make that happen

Hiya Christine. It was nice meeting you on Sunday.

I loved the quote from you when John asked if you are a professional golf trainer and your reply was "No, I'm a professional husband trainer!"

It took both John and I to catch Alo when he fainted. :D

Is that why we hardly hear from Andy any more. He is busy cleaning gutters, mowing lawns, fixing leaky taps, and so on.
