Alleged?

Captain Nemo

He copped a suspension did he not, many moons ago?

Captain Nemo

Too long ago for me, but it happened down here did it not?
Isnt it the reason he never plays down here anymore?

Lucky his character is flawless or he wouldn't have much of a case.

I find it amazing that he uses a banned substance and then gets let off then sues them for pain and suffering ... dick

its actually worse than that. He's suing them for loss of reputation (kinda like defamation).

Cause he had a good one to start with.

Is he hard up for cash?

Considering hes banked over 62m in Prize money .. let alone endorsements, I would think it must be very hard to spend that much coin.

They should have thrown the book at him, them there would be no grounds for the claim as he would have been found guilty. But then again he is in the US, look at the case against MJ doctor brought on by his mother.

Any group that supports anchoring deserves to be sued.

PGA of Australia don't like negative press. It is one of those things that everyone knows about but would probably get fined if they spoke about it.

A lot of Facebook/Twitter activity about it. Can't say that I have seen a post telling Vijay to go for it.

A lot of the outside golfing world who don't know a lot about Vjay are certainly going to find out about his chequered past now.

I was being sarcastic. Vijay supposedly had a scorecard issue once. Apart from that he is a grumpy unfriendly fella but his kids think he is nice

Hatchman

Score card issue. They guy deliberately changed a score on his card to make the cut. That's a blatant cheat.

markTHEblake
15th May 2013, 09:41 PM
yes, thats exactly what scorecard issue means. Say it more loudly next time, there is two people in the world that dont know about this yet.

There's a lot that don't know about this, but they will find out soon enough if the law suit proceeds.
