Are Nike Covert Flexloft Driver and FW Adapters interchangeable?

Does the Driver adapter fit in the Fairway woods and vice versa?

I am looking to pick up a spare adapter and I can only find the Driver adapters.

I swapped shafts between my Performance Driver and Tour 3W just now, and they are interchangable. Also, I think if you pop the silver circlip off the bottom, you will be able to take the loft sleeve off, and swap them over. That way at least you can buy a Flexloft sleeve for the driver, and make the numbers read like they should.

It has been reported that pulling the loft sleeve off makes pulling shafts easier too.
