Most offer on OG before moving to the bay. I have no problem with moving it on for the highest price but me personally I would take it from OG first.

If you're hellbent on an LL you might be best off bidding on this. You would have got a heckuva deal if you offered the asking price, but as they are pretty rare this might still be worthwhile.

Not the most forgiving, but if you don't need big forgiveness these go like the clappers.
