Couldn't have chucked any more ads in either.
Would have been nice to see the ceremony on the 18th green too...

I IQ'd the replay last night on Foxtel. I don't know what you lot were crapping on about yesterday. I didn't see Paul Gow or Warrnambool GC at all. Must have fast forwarded over that.

Pay for peanuts you get monkeys.

That's a good deal. Monkeys cost more than peanuts.

Good point. You must really know your monkeys.

You might say I'm a dedicated monkey disciplinarian.

Youtube has the 20 minute playoff for anyone who wants to see the business end of the tournament. Starts with him draining his putt on 18 to finish the 4th round. I still get goosebumps watching him sink it and go crazy.
Cabrera's approach to 18 to force the playoff almost killed me.

That approach by Cab was simply awesome.

Yeah the grown ups in here will say it was an easy shot and he didn't have to do much with it, but that was pressure golf at its finest. I'd watched 3&1/2 hours of the final round and no one got as close from what I saw. That approach and then his chip on the 1st PO hole had memories flooding back from Norman.

Hard not to like him. He is a refreshing change to some of the tour robots out there.

I thought the exact same thing when watching. Imagine the monkey on our back had that chip dropped!

I love the way Cab told the crowd to be quiet so that he could just get up and knock it tight.

I love the way Cab to the crowd to be quiet so that he could just get up and knock it tight. As soon as he hit it and starting yelling, I thought it was game set match to Scott there and then.

Lagers shot to win a trip to Vegas was more awesome, not that it was more at stake but it in comparison it was an infinitesimal increase above his normal skill.

Yeah when he hit it and started walking and squawking I thought he didn't like his shot....turns out I read that wrong :D

So glad Scotty got up and won it, if he'd lost this one as well as the British Open.....that doesn't bear thinking about
