Mines drifting to the left, shitting me no end.
I've tried adjusting with Allen key, no good.
So unscrewed the 2 side screws and slid the front wheel out, found the bolts loose so that's why it wouldn't adjust.
Anyone got a new one, could they do what I did and take front wheel out and show a pic of what/ where /how bolts go?

Seriously, no one got one in their garage can help me out?

I have one in the shed, but that's a lot of effort when the footy is on fox.

Ok, went and had a look at mine. Removed the 4 screws and it wouldn't budge. I have sprayed with wd40 so will see if I can get it out tomorrow.

Will have a look at mine later, Mine needs a wheel alignment too. Have tried all the advised fixes but still drifts off line.

Yeh it's been shitting me for weeks.
Website says to adjust with the Allen bolt, but I had no success.
When I pulled it apart, I found the nuts at the end of both those bolts were not on, they where free, just laying in the frame so there was no way to adjust
I need to see how far the nuts ares screwed down the bolt....

Not sure how hlepful they will be but have you tried contacting the Smoothy website?? Sounds like it should be an easy one for their Customer Service department... if they have one! ;)

They have a FAQ bit and says adjust with allen key.
My problem is that when i pulled it apart, washers and nuts where loose (not even on the bolt) so i dont know where they sit/how far along they go.
I may have to ring them...

Bummer (no homo) Annoying when something that should be so simple causes endless grief.

Note when you do put it back together there WILL be one spare nut or screw or washer that doesn;t seem to fit anywhere... Murphy's! ;)

I have exactly the same problem , continually goes left . I push it off at a 45* angle and it still ends up on the left side of the fairway.

Anyway I forgot to ring them.......:(

Mine pulls right, but mines one of the ones where you just unclip the whole front wheel.

Sorry, that's no help at all, is it?

Anyone, because apparently the distributors can't help me, go figure?
Lawrence,

We do not house the buggies in our office, they are housed in our warehouse at a third party location. I can only suggest that you will achieve the correct outcome via trial and error.

Apologies I could not assist further but our local parts guru is on leave until the 13th May, 2013. If you would like to enquire again at that point in time if you do not have any success he would be more than willing to assist.

Regards,

Customer Service Team

Seriously guys, it's 4 screws, pull wheel off and take a pic....

When I pulled the wheel off, these nuts and washers where all loose.
So where/what/how do they go back one???

Nuts and washers go back on the threaded part. Put the washers on first, then the nuts. Do it the other way and the washers will fall off again.

Here till Friday...
