Hmmm. Let's see. Last group teeing off at just before 9, let's give them 5 hours to play, as we know can happen on OZgolf days. An hour to do presentations etc. 2 hours back up to the airport puts you at 5pm so probably no earlier than 6pm if possible.

It is extremely busy the weekend of the champs as we have the herald sun tour cyclists in the hotel as well as the tail end of Chinese new year. OK, Saturday night pizzas will be from the local Encore Pizzas (http://www.encorepizza.com.au/home). A large traditional Pizza is $8.90, (which SHOULD be covered by your entrance fee, I'll let you know if otherwise) or large Enfusion Gourmet Pizza is $12.90, so if you want to order one of these please supply a few extra dollars. There are also pastas, salads, calzones etc if the 'za is not your thing. We'll also grab a few Garlic Breads (approx 10) with some extra cash.

When we get a bit closer to time can I task someone to be responsible for getting everyone's order? I'll put it through and pay but would prefer not to have getting everyones order together to deal with also. Thanks.

I believe we're booked in for a 'light lunch' prior to the round so if you want in on that I think we'll have to be there around 12ish, maybe even a little earlier.
