Game improvement irons or set?

Looking for a game improvement iron or set for a friend. Not too fussed about the brand/model, but would like to keep it all the same brand. Probably irons, hybrid, driver, fairway wood, putter. Price range is around the $300-350 mark.

actually my 1st set of Maxfli graphite has all except putter, problem is dent driver head and worn grip.

How about:
- Ping K15 irons red dot, 6-PW, ping graphite R; 7/10 cond
- Ping G15 sand wedge, AWT reg, 7.5/10 condition.
- Srixon AD hybrid 22 deg, Graffaloy Blue Launch R, 7/10 cond but the Lambkin grip worn out a bit
- Taylor Made R7 quad driver, Motore F1 R shaft, 7/10 cond, but no tool.

If you want a lob, I can throw in a Clev CG16 60 deg, about 6/10 cond only.
