Keperra have decided to change both this weekends events to 4bbb [Sat and Sun] because of the dampness of the course and lack of mowing [apparently to speed up play..........] I HATE 4BBB.....
Anyone got a spare spot somewhere not too far South on the weekend?

Ditto Reddie Bay, a number of fairways are totally slosh and as wet as I have ever seen it. Carts have cut it to ribbons.

Went down to MWP this arvo. It looks more suited to catching gators.

We are open at Riverlakes but again it is the wettest I have ever seen it.
Playing Div 1 pennant at Carbrook tomorrow and from what I have heard, it is equally wet!
And the mossies are in plague proportions!

I can't believe courses are allowing carts, fairways will be like driving on corrigated roads when they dry.

Agreed - any course that allows that should have the committee overthrown...or taken out and shot

Pffft, President, Grounds, Course, House, Finance and Captain are all carters, what chance do you have! I don't have a problem with carts per se, but it is a privilege, and the A Holes treat it like it is a right!

Carts permitted on fairways at Pelican Waters today. No signs of dampness at all. Stunned after last week.

Damn. Reddy bay was still a swamp in the usual places. Mainly due to cart use when wet. Had my drive disappear on 2.

Worst I have seen it. I reckon the Water table is full, stagnant water was lying in places I haven't seen it before.

CTH was quite dry with carts on. Benefits of a sand base I guess.
