Looking to play a round in the next few days but don't want to pay and arm and a leg....

What's the best value course on the coast with decent hire clubs?

None and its impossible to answer such a relative question.

Helensvale is $15 on iseekgolf (but the Isg booking system not working right now, a fault with their new system on many courses)

Glades is 2 for $130 for friends of Ozgolf

Plenty of deals on ISG but every course here charges to much for what they are. Give Murwillumbah or CTH a call

Thanks MTB. Glades sounds reasonable

Strongly recommend playing Emerald Lakes under lights.

We need a very laid back council track as we don't have collared shirts or tailored shorts....

Any suggestions.... We are staying at Palm Beach so close proximity would be good.

Coplicks at Tallabudgera, its 18 holes about par 65 ( no par 5's) , quite a few variations to keep it interesting. There are a few others nearby but they are all 9 holes and even shorter, Boomerang Farm is the clear winner there.

How about Tally Valley?

Yes Tally Valley is nearby, and that is amongst the few others.

Is Burliegh Palms still out the back?

Royal Pines were doing 3 rounds for $150. Not sure if that is still on or not.
