If we were to say this happened in a competition with four players, what would be the rule infringements?

Assuming all four players hit at the same time, were all behind each others lines. And the cup was filled with four balls.

Assume it was everyone's third shots; what penalties would be applied(if any)? to who and what would be the final scores?
