You guy's are funny.....I hit the ERC Fusion, Big Bertha 2, Ignite, Redline, 363, 580 and 510 all against my TP yesterday and none of them came close. The 460 Ignite was the closest (and much better than I expected) but the TP was overall longer, sweeter feeling and better looking (IMO) than any of the others. TP is king....long live the TP :)

Here here. TP's are awesome. Jaster, have you ever used the Mitsubishi Rayon shaft cause they go really well in TP's.

I think David Toms was the last to use it, but he uses sh*t clubs.

Haha, gotta love his swing.

The best combo of a club I've ever hit is a R510TP with a Mitsubishi Rayon shaft.

Mind you, it will be good to have a hit of the R7TP.

In a round about way I think you just insulted jarro's choice for a driver. On ya nick. I'll still be :smt046 LMAO for hours to that one. =D>

OK here it is,

Mini Nakashima Review - IMHGO
Look - by far the sweetest looking head I have ever seen - perfect deep face with that classice pear shape
Sound - nice sound - not chinky or thud like (C4) - just right
Trajectory - Mine has the Fuji Tour Release 26.3 (regular - yes regular) - very high trajectory but not ballooning - a bit like the TP seems to hang there for ever!! Very little roll but! - played at Nudgee on Saturday with it and the high trajectory was not good considering how windy it was - where is my R7 when you want it (more on that later)
Distance - unfortunately it was hard to tell given how windy it was - it was very short into the wind (high trajectory) and it was scary looooong with the wind (landed on green side bunker on 15th = 300m)
Overall I think this could be a great driver if I had the right shaft in it (stiff or x-stiff Tour Release Fuji or an NV) - unfortunately I am not keeping this one - here is why.

Had an email from my "Pro friend" who is in Europe and was going to get me an R7 Tour - he has one for me with a Fuji 652 Tour Spec - great!! - but here is the catch it has a 3 degree freaking open face!!!!! I am realistic and I know I will might as well throw the money away if I buy a 3 degree open driver so I cancelled my order
Anyway to get me by I now have a Tour Concept Tour 365 RD Japanese driver which has a Graphite Design 7.5 Blue X-Stiff Shaft (used well at indro today)

I think tha Nakashima line will be a definate winner - cant wait to get my NV105X to put in the Naka 19* utility.

Jaster,

Lefty's are being tooled up at the moment.

3° open is nothing ;) That just means you can set up for big power draws and hit 'em straight :P
Think of the resale though on BSG

Jaster,

Forgot to add, RRP on the driver is $799 and the Fairways $449. Both with NV or equiv shafts. Fuji's are avaliable as an upgrade.

Jaster,

That is correct. They are a premium club. No expense has been spared on the construction of these heads!
