OT - looking for a smart phone

New or used, looking for a smart phone to replace a smashed one. Cheap is good, will pay for better if that's what I have to do.
Dollars or trade whatever suits.

I have a smashed lower portion of the iphone 4. Still goes allright just a few lines down the bottom and along the bar where messages are written but still readable

Looking at some of the cheap not locked smart phones as they have a one year warranty, but if there is a cheap used phone I'm interested

I've got one of these and they are not too bad. Doesn't have the processing power of the top of the line phones but it does the job.

That's the sort of thing I'm after as a new option, but if there is a better used one for less coin then I'm in. Or a used one of these for less.

It is a replacement one from Apple about 6 weeks ago so in good nick.

I have a Nokia e63 lying about in good nick, and I would throw in a BT GPS device, it then includes a paid for Golf GPS app. Its my backup backup phone now, so i am ready to let it go.
Actually I still have my backup backup backup smartphone, and my backup backup backup backup phone too.

Not to mention all the phones laying about in the cooks office as well.

Actually this won't work sorry, I will need an iOS update so a jailbreak won't be possible. That seems to be the only way of unlocking from 3mobile.

So back in the market again for an iPhone unlocked if possible
