Shaft pulls question

Hi all,

Not sure if this is a noob question or not, but I haven't experimented much with shaft pulls. So need some people's opinions.

Is it viable or worth it to buy 2nd hand clubs off the likes of 3balls and ebay simply for the shaft? Especially the "higher end" stuff....

What are people's experiences like with doing this?

Get on it mate.... If the shaft is in your specs, why not... It can be a good way of getting a great shaft cheaply. My $.02!

I would just make sure the shafts are the real deal and not "made for" shafts. eg Ahina shafts in Titleist drivers.

I have bought Drivers where the high ends shaft fitted have basically come for free, so yes can work if you are selective and sure of your shafts.

I have an Odyssey Sabertooth belly putter on the way from 3balls that I picked up for $60. So no complaints from me. Will get it landed here for under $100 and shipping is usually about 5 days.
