What is the AWB Prefix and AWB number for the webtrack, I am dumb but I can't work it out.

AWB usually stands for Air Way Bill.
Should be a different number than the consignment note

That is not the right tracking tool, click on the bottom option under Domestic Online tools;
Track and Trace / POD / FMU (AaE Retail / StarTrack) (http://www.startrack.com.au)
