HELP WITH Callaway ERC Fusion & ERC Fusion+

I was hoping to get some help because I cant make sense of the R&A list of conforming and non conforming drivers. Can I use a Callaway ERC Fusion or ERC Fusion+ Driver in club comps and also what is the difference between the Fusion+ and the Fusion and how can I tell which is which?

Fusion + is non-conforming.
