R11-R11S headcover, weights and wrench

Just got a R11s driver but with no headcover or wrench.

Anyone got one lying around?

I have the old R7 weight kit red pouch.
wrench, 3,4,6,8,8 weights.\
missing 3 weights...not sure what its worth....anybody?
