Hi,

I have had my R11 3 wood for about 6 months, I am very careful with it and take good care. Yesterday on the 7th tee I noticed 2 dents in the crown that definitely were not there the day before and the club had definitely not been knocked. Has anyone come across this before? It is so frustrating, I now feel like I am hitting damaged goods every time I look down.

She that bad? best not to look - ignorance is bliss. Just get the job done. It wont matter if the result is good

You will lose at least 10-15 with a dented crown... not to mention accuracy !

I feel for you. Last week I dropped my brand new rbz tour head on concrete and took a chunk out of it. It has been playing on my mind ever since it happened which sounds similar to you

Just about to swing up to drummond and see what they say, an excuse to buy a new hat while I am there anyway.... In past experience they have been very good.

Mate,

if what is in the Avatar is your car . . . the scratched club should be a piece of piss.

lol hitting stuff on the race track is different. well earned battle scars compared to a mishap dropping a club on cart paths. same same but different imo

That's why TM make them in white.

Plenty of patching products in the plaster aisle at Bunnings.
