QLD have played very poorly in both games and NSW have only just managed to get it back to square. No Thaiday the other night and Thurston made a few uncharacteristic mistakes... QLD should romp it in in the decider.

Both sides were smashing each others faces with elbows and rubbing them in the grass all night, but I noticed it a lot from NSW early on when they were trying to impose themselves on the game. I thought it was hilarious how Bird was bitching and moaning about it to the referee in the last 10 minutes when he'd been doing it himself all game.

Well they can't play any worse really. Lots of dropped ball and bad decisions in general play.

That might be put down to NSW enthusiasm though, Sticky has got them primed for this series.

Petero is looking a little tired this year .... even in the NRL he's looking slower than he ever has.

To be honest, i don't think Thurston and Cronk have really overshadowed the NSW pair by that much. Both our halves have had ordinary games so far this year (IMO) and along with our forwards getting pummeled, makes me wonder how we were a fly shit away from winning the series in Game 2.

I do expect our guys to lift tonight though, and hopefully play the way we know they can.
