Sounds like one of those Korean "14 year olds". Females are generally fully grown by 14 and these days the boys seem to be hitting puberty and growing earlier too. Can't see any reason why he can't be 14

He has being playing junior tournaments for quite a while, and he is a big kid. He would have been scrutinized over his age umpteen times already. I only got to stand next to my 14yo son footy team mates to see that 6 ft is not that unusual.

We had a guy who used to play The Orange Bowl 18/u tennis championships in the states who had a full beard. He played it about 10 years straight and when asked for proof of his age he said he was born the year of the good harvest:)
