I've got a Bag Boy 350 that I would recommend.

I have a callaway 1 you can have for $100 + shipping.
Will take full size bag.
I will say with any you get always put a cut down broom handle in or a clubglove stiff arm in the back to protect against rough baggage handles droping club head 1st!

Remember to get travel insurance. Driver snapped in half on my last trip on the aeroplane!

good point!
in the past i've thrown clubs on the plane without any protection, without a care and amazingly never had a problem.
but i know my luck can't last.

I've traveled a fair bit with my clubs, I use a very hard card board and stuff it inside the cover, so far has done a good job.
