U could go that low at MGGC today mate. Easy course to rip up.

A sore toe would be better than sore rocks...

And I'm with Simmsy, bone spurs and plantar fasciitis is MUCH worse. Luckily, unlike the old man I've only got it in ONE foot.

I liked josh kennedys method better. Fill it full of pain killers than run until u snap it. Took him most of the day apparently.
