Anyone play/played these shafts?
Going on the chart Chappy provided they play 1/2 flex stiffer than PX?
Thoughts......

Played Rifle 5.0 in a set of MP-32 for a while, very nice shaft I thought but a shaft is a shaft is a shaft.

I like them better that the PX and the KBS.
They are awesome in a three wood.

Use them in my irons and love them.

Titleist, would agree they are a bit stiffer than equivalent DG, PX

So if i was PX 6 Flighted, go to FCM 5.5's?????

Yes i think that would work obviously depends on what kick you are looking for

Just thread mining.
Ive got the px 5.5 (non flighted) in the mizzy mp58's going on the chart Chappy posted are fcm 6.0
Im a 3/4-1 club shorter than my Pings with the AWT Stiffs (which id presume are like PX Flighted with their ascending weight thingo)
Ive used PX Flighted 6.0's (fcm 6.5) previously and had no problems hitting these distance or control wise, which i thought i would.
I had these fitted to me at the Cally Fitting centre years ago....
Anyone else having/had similar problems....

Earlier posters need to read Chappy's chart again...the PX's play stiffer than the FCM Rifles. That is PX5.5 = FCM Rifle 6.0.Titleist has it right, regarding the flex, in the post above!

But on that post...if you successfully used the PX 6.0 Flighted before, then my suggestion would be to either a) get more PX 6.0 Flighted, b) get Rifle Flighted 6.5 (and possibly soft step), c) try and get a set of the TT Prototype Monaco's (they are also flighted)

Been waiting for you to chime in since i started this thread....;)
Thats my thoughts, get 6.0 Flighted.
Not sold on Rifle's, do you think they spin alot more than the Flighted?
And option c would be a longshot (and a costly one at that)....

I've got a set of irons with Rifle 6.0 Flighted. I wanted something slightly less stiff and bought a set with Project X 5.0. It's panned out well for me.
