My son has just turned 6 and is a big fan of Star Wars. The night before his birthday, the wife and I spent 3 hrs putting the mural below on his bedroom wall. Needless to say he was pretty chuffed the next morning. What have you done that blew away a loved one or friend for their birthday.http://i389.photobucket.com/albums/oo340/chappy1970-ozgolf/4ba6803a.jpg

Chappy that is not just awesome for a 6 year old. I'd love that (and I am 36) - just a pity the ball and chain wouldn't allow it.

Although we were extremely happy with the job, I won't be giving away my job to take up wall papering

When my daughter turned two or three filled her bedroom with balloons, and I mean filled, up to a little higher than her. Her Smile was priceless

Clikchic loves that chappy! We just got Kyan a few packs of removable wall stickers.

But we did get him this for his 7th

When my son was six I bought him the latest Play station and he loved it. Two weeks later he got up in the night and instead of peeing in the toilet did it in the game console. It was bizarre as I was playing Crash Bandicoot with him and then put him to bed. In the morning the lid was open the disk was out and it was full of urine.

My girlfriend bought/is buying us tickets, flights and accommodation for the MotoGP at Philip Island this year. She is on a good run for birthday gifts. Last year she imported me the new Mortal Kombat game from NZ, a game that is banned under Australia's ridiculous "No R18+ ratings for video games" system.

For my son's 18th last year, we bought him personalised number plates and a golfing trip to Bonville and the Gold Coast. He was pretty stoked.
