Experiment has ended.

Stock voodoo shaft - reg.

Mint. Was as new. Played 5 rounds with it.

I found I probably didnt need it.

Its easy to shape.

It's a lower ball flight - lower than any hybrid I've hit.

I bought it for 2 or 3 holes on our course..

its probably too close to my 13 deg 3 wood in distance -

I have the 20 degree and its staying.

I would swing a hybrid at 95mph and its good for 200 (little or no roll on kike fairways).

Its sets up square - no offset whatsoever.

I was considering shortening it also.

Adams hybrids are longer anyways. Usually an inch longer.

Will measure today and get swing weightI took an inch of my 20 deg s(ame hybrid) and it played lighter - but better Imo. The 16 doesn't feel as light - before cutting I think it was 42 inches which is bloody too long to control.

Its now 41 inches - weight 75-78 grams as the voodoo was 85 grams originally.

Will find exact swing weight today. Another oz golf member lopped an inch of his 18 + 20 deg adams pro hybrids and said they played better. I always felt it was too long.
