Iv been doing a bit of research of late into new putters and have narrowed it down to two manufacturers. Scotty Cameron and machine. I'm not sold on one specific machine putter as there are infinite combinations available but I want to look at a Scotty select Newport when it comes out.

I'm just after some opinions and any experiences anyone has had with machine? I'm not looking to buy until around October so am just gathering information at the moment.

I am on my phone so can't link but they are on golf wrx and if you has face book you can search for machine putters. It's a little custom shop that do really good work IMO

Not much between them as far as performance and quality goes, since you're looking at a basic Anser-shape.

Main differences for me are:
1. Brand prestige
2. Personalisation

Once you figure out which one you value more then you're set.

Mmmm, good luck with the resale if you get sick of it, better bet would be to look here:

Great summation.

Machine are superb putters and if you like the look you can hardly go wrong. I've barely heard a bad word about them and they are up there with anything else, just a different look and focus.

Drummond has 20% off of putters at the moment I think (sale may have ended)

I picked up a Scotty Cameron Newport for my 30th Bday. Took it for a test drive last weekend and i'm super pleased with it.

What price may I ask?
Do they have the new black ones?

My local Drummond is waiting for their shipment, apparently they were shipped before Easter. So they should be there any day. Hopefully they get one of the centre shaft golo's in, that I can check out.

What price may I ask?Do they have the new black ones? They didn't have the black ones yet. I paid $239 for floorstock ex titleist demo. Mint. Super happy with it. Non floorstock ones were $319. Californias $350.
