I'll play as long as we don't get too much more rain between now and then. I won't play in slop.
I'll keep you all informed re course condition.

If it stops raining now and the sun shines 24/7 until Saturday. I'll think about it.

Is there / has there been much rain in Mareeba? I understand Cairns has been drowned but, haven't heard much about the Tablelands

I think the Tablelands have been getting their fair share.

Mike can't play and from what I've heard, Mareeba got pretty wet over the past few weeks as well;
Tomson was looking into Sea Temple but, haven't heard anything there just yet; Played Cairns today, tis muddy in places and the greens are pretty slow but, considering how much rain Cairns has had, I was genuinely surprised at how well the course was looking.
Unless an alternative is proposed, I'm planning to play at Cairns tomorrow
