Hi there guys,
Get your Car salesman hair grease out.
I got a mate who is sick of his 10 year old set of Shark Clubs, and has some engineer moneys to upgrade. He is a fairly inexperienced player, who used to play off 25 (he thinks) about 8 months ago which was his last round. He is after pretty much everything. He has a budget in mind of $800 max, but as little as he can obviously. He is mainly a social player. He is 175cm, so standard size should fit him well enough. Right handed.
Shopping List:
Driver
3 Wood
Irons (See Below)
Putter
Bag
Irons: 3-SW preferred, will buy a separate SW if required, If no 3i available, he may be able to be persuaded to drink the Hybrid Kool-Aid, but he would prefer a 3i at the moment
I will be trawling through the Pro Shop threads myself, but with my minimal knowledge of club brands and quality and stuff, your collective experience would be appreciated.
I've tried to ask all the normal questions, but if any more information is needed, just post and I'll ask.
